Research use only
Everything sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. It is not a drug, not a dietary supplement, and not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or the prevention of any condition. It may not be administered to humans or animals.
By ordering you confirm you are a qualified buyer purchasing for in vitro research in a controlled laboratory environment, and that you will handle, store and dispose of the material in accordance with the regulations that apply to research materials.
Who can order
You must be 18 or over and ordering from a United States address. We ship within the United States only.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page at the time you order.
- Prices are priced by us at checkout from our own catalog, never from the figure your browser sends.
- Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships, and we will tell you and refund you in full if you do not want the corrected price.
Shipping
Orders placed before 3pm on a business day dispatch the same day. Standard shipping is free over $150, $7.95 under $75 and $12.95 between. Air upgrades are charged on every order. Orders over 100 vials are quoted before they ship. Full detail is on shipping and returns.
Returns
Unopened vials in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened vials cannot be returned, because a sterile product that has left our control cannot be resold. Breakages in transit are replaced or refunded, whichever you prefer.
Stock
We hold our own inventory, and stock shown on the site is stock we have. If something sells out between your order and dispatch we will tell you the same day and refund that line in full.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for how the material is used after it leaves us, which is why the research use declaration exists and why you have to tick it.
Changes
These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the version on the site on the day you ordered.
