Orders before 3pm ship the same business day, a flat $7.95, in rigid protective packaging with nothing on the outside naming the contents.

How is an order packed?

• Vials are individually protected so glass cannot move against glass.
• The outer box carries an address and no product name.
• A packing slip lists the lot number of what you received.

What can be returned?

Unopened vials in original sealed packaging, within 30 days. Once a seal is broken the vial cannot come back, because a sterile product that has left our control cannot be resold to anyone else. That is the same rule every supplier of sterile injectables works under.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Photograph the box before unpacking further and email service@bacteriostaticwateronline.com the same day. Damaged arrivals are replaced or refunded, your choice, and the photographs are all we need.

Can you return bacteriostatic water?

What if a vial arrives broken?

Photograph the box and the vial before you unpack anything further and email us the same day. Breakages are replaced or refunded, whichever you prefer.
