Privacy Policy
What do we collect?
- Your name, email, shipping address and phone number, so the order can be shipped and you can be told where it is.
- What you ordered and what you paid.
- Whether you asked to hear from us by email. That box is never pre-ticked.
- Standard web analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world from, and which site sent you.
What do we do with it?
We use it to ship your order, to answer you when you write to us, and to email you if you asked us to. That is the whole list.
What do we never do?
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent, trade or share your customer list with anyone.
- We do not email you about anything if you did not ask us to.
- We do not put anything on the outside of your package that says what is inside it.
Who handles your payment details?
Your card is entered on a payment page hosted by our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers. The order record we hold shows what you bought and that it was paid.
How long do we keep it?
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.
How do you get your information removed?
Email service@bacteriostaticwateronline.com and ask. We will confirm what we hold and delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
Cookies
We use the minimum needed to keep your cart working between pages, plus basic analytics. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you around other websites.
