Research Use Only (“RUO”) products sold here are intended solely for basic research, pharmaceutical research, or the development of new tests. They are not for diagnosing a disease or condition in any patient. Misusing these products is illegal.
What we are, and what we are not
Bacteriostatic Water Online is a supplier of laboratory research materials. Bacteriostatic Water Online is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Bacteriostatic Water Online is not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

What you agree to when you order

What happens if this policy is not followed
We refuse and refund orders we believe are not for research use, and we decline future orders from that account. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for how material is used after it leaves us.
